Yeah, I really want some court to up and rule an entire city or county or state's marriages null and void. ("Surprise, you're not divorced, you're annulled! That marriage you think you had never happened, in the eyes of the law. Boo!") That would be just dandy. Like when Benton County decided to stop issuing marriage licenses entirely. I liked that, too.
