(And in other news, I was just wandering around sleater-kinney.com and it turns out Carrie Brownstein used to study sociolinguistics. Just when I think they can't get any hotter.... it turns out if you send them a drawing or painting of your pet, they'll post it on their website. Damn.)

Actually, one of my favorite of the pet artworks was of a turtle. But I bet Iggy Pop would be a smashing success on their pets gallery, and not just because of his punk rock name.

I just went to the Sleater-Kinney concert in Pomona, and it rocked. Not as much as some of their past concerts, but so it goes. Be sure to bring money because they've got a new t-shirt and it's cool. Unfortunately I didn't have enough money on me.

Hey, so I went, and it rocked oh ever so very hard. And they were already out of t-shirts or I might have tried to get you one, too. So instead I got The Hot Rock and Peter got One Beat, because neither of us have bought any music in a really long time, and Sleater-Kinney needed more of our money, yes they did.
